A wonderful interlude at the “Mas des Sources”, located in the hamlet of Le Fayet, in the village of Sanilhac, half-way between Largentière and Joyeuse, not far from the Ardèche and Beaume gorges.
This hamlet, overlooking the Blajoux valley, is located in the heart of a pine tree forest, ideal for walks in a pristine environment. Since the 1st July, the owners are offering two B&B rooms in a quiet and natural setting – one spacious suite and the “patio room” decorated in grey and off-white tones, which gently blend in with the natural materials and antiques, most of which were purchased on “Brocante”, such as this antique chest of drawers found in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
The owner of this property built the house himself, staying true to
the authentic character of the place, a choice reflected in the
materials used – from the traditional roof tiles to the floor tiles,
the sandstone walls and floors. The house is bathed in natural light
thanks to its sliding glass doors.
Located in the ground floor of
the house, the rooms are bright thanks to their whitewashed walls and
antique furniture with a white and grey finish. The windows are adorned
with linen curtains made out of fabrics from the Brocante in Beaucaire
(Provence).
The large suite (50 m²) has its own entrance. This room has a
natural stone floor and a ceiling with wooden beams. Natural light
comes in through large glass doors opening onto an indoor patio and a
roofed terrace. The room features a queen-size bed, a bathroom and a
stove. You will love the countryside character of this room and its

The patio room (30 m²) opens onto an indoor patio through two large
glass doors and features a medley of white, off-white and grey tones.
The room includes a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
You can enjoy the southern sun on the terrace with its natural spring
water pool. Or take a break in the shades of a sweet-scented linden
tree in the garden. Or relax by the swimming-pool or in the sauna.
